TCG Jackpot Creator Program

Creator Program Terms

These terms explain how the TCG Jackpot Creator Program works, what is allowed, what is prohibited, and how commissions and payouts are reviewed.

Participation is manually reviewed and may be approved, denied, paused, or terminated at TCG Jackpot’s discretion.

Plain-English Summary: Approved creators may earn 10% commission on qualifying referred sales. A $50 approved commission balance is required before payout. Promote honestly, do not abuse your own code, do not post codes to coupon sites, and commissions are only paid on valid qualifying orders.

1. Program Overview

The TCG Jackpot Creator Program allows approved creators, affiliates, streamers, community leaders, and collectors to earn commission on qualifying referred purchases.

2. Manual Approval

Applying does not guarantee acceptance. TCG Jackpot may approve or reject applicants based on audience fit, TCG relevance, promotional quality, fraud risk, or other business considerations.

3. Qualifying Orders

Commissions may be earned only on valid completed orders that are properly tracked through an approved affiliate link, creator code, or other approved tracking method.

4. Non-Qualifying Orders

  • Self-referrals or purchases made for yourself.
  • Orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent.
  • Orders using unauthorized coupon stacking or discount abuse.
  • Orders generated through misleading, spammy, or prohibited promotional methods.
  • Orders on excluded products, if exclusions apply.

5. Self-Referrals Are Not Allowed

Affiliates may not use their own links or creator codes to earn commission on their own purchases. TCG Jackpot may reverse commissions, deny payouts, or remove affiliates for self-referral activity.

6. Coupon Site Abuse

Creator codes may not be submitted to coupon websites, deal forums, cashback platforms, browser-extension coupon tools, or other discount aggregation platforms without written permission.

7. Paid Advertising Restrictions

Affiliates may not bid on TCG Jackpot brand terms, domain names, misspellings, or confusingly similar names in search ads or paid advertising campaigns without written permission.

8. Brand Representation

Affiliates may not impersonate TCG Jackpot, claim to be official staff, make unsupported guarantees, misrepresent product availability, or make claims that could mislead customers.

9. Content Standards

Affiliates must promote TCG Jackpot in a respectful, lawful, and brand-safe manner. TCG Jackpot may remove affiliates whose content creates reputational, legal, customer-service, or community trust concerns.

10. Commission Review and Payouts

Commissions are reviewed after orders are completed and refund, cancellation, chargeback, and fraud risk has cleared. Payout timing, minimum payout thresholds, and payment methods may vary during the beta program.

10A. Affiliate Payout Policy

Approved creators may earn a 10% commission on qualifying referred sales unless a different rate is assigned in writing. A minimum approved commission balance of $50 is required before a payout is issued.

  • Payouts are reviewed monthly.
  • Commissions are paid only on completed, non-refunded, non-cancelled orders.
  • Refunded, cancelled, charged back, or fraudulent orders do not qualify for payout.
  • Self-referrals do not qualify for commission.
  • Suspicious activity may delay, reduce, reverse, or cancel commission payout.
  • TCG Jackpot may review affiliate activity before approving any payout.

During the beta period, payout timing and payment methods may be adjusted as the program is tested and improved.

11. Commission Reversals

TCG Jackpot may reverse or deny commissions connected to refunded orders, cancelled orders, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, tracking abuse, policy violations, or other non-qualifying activity.

12. Program Changes

TCG Jackpot may update commission rates, discount amounts, product exclusions, payout rules, approval requirements, or program terms at any time.

13. Termination

TCG Jackpot may pause or terminate an affiliate account at any time for policy violations, suspected abuse, inactivity, poor traffic quality, brand risk, or business reasons.

14. Taxes

Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or payment account requirements related to commissions they receive.
