Payment

Order Refusal or Cancellation

Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders usually ship within 3–7 business days from California unless a different processing time is stated on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. TCG Jackpot is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order ships. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.
Carrier Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the carrier or selected shipping service. TCG Jackpot is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, misroutes, or delivery issues outside our control.
Returns, Refunds & Order Issues
Sealed Trading Card Products
Because sealed trading card products are collectible items with value tied to sealed condition, returns are generally not accepted once a sealed product has been shipped, opened, tampered with, damaged after delivery, or otherwise removed from its original condition.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact TCG Jackpot as soon as possible. Include your order number, photos of the product, photos of the shipping box, photos of all packaging materials, and a clear description of the issue.
- Do not throw away the shipping box, packing materials, or damaged item until the issue is reviewed.
- Do not open sealed product if the issue is that the wrong item was sent.
- Visible shipping damage should be documented immediately with photos.
Refund Decisions
Refunds, replacements, partial refunds, or store-credit decisions are handled case by case based on the order, product condition, shipping evidence, customer communication, and applicable consumer protection requirements.
Authenticity & Product Condition
TCG Jackpot aims to sell authentic trading card products and represent products accurately based on the information available to us.
Sealed Product Condition
Trading card products may have minor manufacturer, distributor, import, or shelfwear imperfections, including small dents, shrink-wrap variation, corner wear, box surface marks, or other cosmetic differences that do not necessarily indicate tampering.
No Pull-Rate Guarantees
Trading card products are randomized by the manufacturer. TCG Jackpot does not guarantee specific pulls, hit rates, card values, chase cards, grading outcomes, resale value, or investment performance.
