Returns and cancellations

Returns

  • Sealed TCG products and products with digital/downloadable items included are non-returnable.
  • If your order arrives damaged or not as described, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the shipping box, the shipping label, and the sealed product. We will replace or refund after review.
  • Normal transit wear on shrink-wrap or outer box that does not affect contents is not considered damage.

Cancellations

  • You may cancel any time before a shipping label is created.
  • Fees: standard orders 6%, preorders 10%. This covers non-refundable payment processing. The fee is deducted from your refund.
  • How to request: email [email protected] with subject CANCEL ORDER #[your order number]. If you placed multiple items, tell us which line items to cancel.

Shipping and processing

  • We ship within the United States from California and other states.
  • We aim for same-day shipment. Items may be unavailable and are backordered.
  • Processing time: most orders ship in 3 to 7 business days.
  • Backorders ship when restocked, typically 5 to 9 business days.
  • Preorders ship by the listed ETA.
  • If your order includes a preorder or new release, all items ship together when that item is ready.

Where is my order

  • You will receive tracking by email when a label is created.
  • If you don’t receive tracking information, please let us know at [email protected]
  • If an order shows no movement for 7 consecutive business days, contact us.
  • If your package is not delivered within 30 days of shipment, we will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, via PayPal.

Order changes

  • Need an address fix or item change, email [email protected] as quickly as possible. Once a label is created, we cannot modify the order. You may still request a cancellation under the policy above.

Product notes

  • All Pokémon booster boxes listed as Japanese contain Japanese-language cards and packaging.
  • Pull rates are not guaranteed. Factory-sealed products may have minor cosmetic wear from transit.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
