We experimented with various supplies to find the best options for our business. Now we are sharing the supplies we use with you, saving you from unnecessary purchases.
Recommended Supplies
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Soft Card Sleeves (1,200ct) – All cards you ship out, at minimum, must be sleeved. I think my brain would melt if I ever received a single naked in an envelope.
Semi-Rigid Card Holders (100ct) – These are the holders people typically use when shipping. Either this or the rigid topholders. In the beginning, we started with shipping only rigid topholders in bubblewrap, but found that these semi-rigids allow extra protected space for free stickers to our customer.
#6 3/4 Envelope (300pk) – This is an incredible envelope we’ve been using for small card sales. You get a lot of envelopes for the price and despite what some reviews say, our recent orders of this have been nothing short of great. No complaints here. It’s small enough to keep the cards from shifting around too much and it just feels right.
Wholesale Forever Stamps (100ct) – You’re welcome.
Thermal Shipping Label Printer – This is 1,000% a must-buy. Before this I used to print the shipping label on regular paper, fold it, place it into a baggy for protection, and tape it down to the package. Then I bought self-sealing shipping envelopes, so I only had to print the label, place it in this envelope, and slap the sticker side onto the package. Now, with the thermal label maker, I just print out the shipping label, peel it off like a sticker and slap it on the package. Game-changer, wish I’d gotten it so much sooner.
Shipping Labels for Printing (500ct) – After the initial investment of the thermal printer (which already comes with a roll of free labels to print on), you can get these compatible shipping labels. This comes with 500 labels at an affordable price. It’s definitely much better than wasting money on little baggies + tape + shipping label envelopes.
USPS Click-N-Ship let’s you create tracking numbers for you to provide for your customers. TCGplayer recommends putting tracking numbers on orders that are minimum $20 and make it mandatory for orders $50+.
CONTENT CREATION
Neck Phone Holder – Use this for POV rip content.

These are products we no longer use or have significantly reduced in favor of more effective supplies.
Trading Card 4×6 Bubble Wrap – We place toploaded cards into these, then put it in a trusted standard envelope to be shipped. We long noticed that other sellers don’t do this, and for the longest time we believed our customers liked the courtesy of the bubble wrap. Lately, we’ve been thinking about moving away from this and simplifying to only a semi-rigid loader. Let us know what you think or how we can improve the customer experience here.
