The full card list for The Best Vol. 2 has officially been revealed — and at a glance, this set looks loaded. We’re not just getting high-impact reprints; there are new cards, exclusive promos, fresh Parallel DON!! designs, and even Manga Rare-style treatments for Events, which is wild for a product line that’s supposed to be “reprint-focused.”
If you remember what The Best Vol. 1 represented (a “greatest hits” collection of some of the most played and most desired cards), Vol. 2 feels like the same idea… but with a spicier, more competitive-leaning lineup.

Spoiler warning: Full card list is included below.
Biggest Reprints Worth Calling Out
A lot of this set is going to matter purely because it puts expensive / hard-to-find staples back into circulation. Three reprints that jump out immediately:
Charlotte Pudding (Wings of the Captain)
Pudding remains one of the most tilting hand-disruption cards in the game. She’s a 4-cost, 4000 Power blue card with an on-play “hand reset” effect:
- Your opponent returns their hand to the deck, shuffles, then draws 5.
If your opponent has been sculpting a “perfect hand,” Pudding can flip the entire game state on the spot. And if you’ve ever been hit by it while holding a strong hand… you already know.
Silvers Rayleigh (Two Legends)
Rayleigh is one of those reprints that can actually move the market, because he’s been pricey and widely played.
He’s an 8-cost, 8000 Power red card that:
- Applies split power reduction across two opposing Characters
- Then K.O.’s a low-power target
It’s pressure, control, and tempo in one card — exactly why people keep chasing it.
Gum-Gum Giant (Emperor’s in the New World)
This Counter event is back, and it’s still nasty:
- [Counter] DON!! -2, trash 1 card:
If your Leader is {Straw Hat Crew}, give +4000 Power during the battle, then draw 2.
Trading a card for a huge power swing and replenishing with two fresh cards is a very real combat trick that can steal games.
New Cards (Yes, New Cards)
This is the part that surprises people: The Best products are supposed to be primarily reprints — so getting meaningful new cards here is a big deal.
Boa Hancock
Yellow doesn’t always get “stun-style” tempo in a clean way, so this stands out immediately.
- On play, discard a Trigger card from hand
- Your opponent’s rested Leader or up to 1 opposing Character (with a specific lore-based exception) can’t attack until the end of the opponent’s End Phase
That kind of “turn denial” can be game-changing for yellow strategies that want just one more turn to stabilize.
Gecko Moria
This looks like intentional support to push Thriller Bark packages (and potentially revive Perona/Moria shells).
- Trait-locked recursion: play a 4-cost-or-less Character from trash in rested mode (if your Leader has the right trait)
- Then you can attach a rested DON!! to your Leader or a Character
Even if the effect reads “fair,” the synergy with leaders that care about rested DON!! makes this worth watching.
Trafalgar Law (Super Rare)
This one is exciting support for red/green shells that like power manipulation.
- Once per turn, if Law would leave the field due to an opponent’s effect, it can instead take -2000 Power for the turn
- On attack, give an opposing Character -2000 Power for the turn
This is the kind of card that doesn’t look broken — but will quietly win exchanges all game long.
Promos, Special Treatments, and Collector Heat
Beyond the main list, The Best Vol. 2 is also packing collector bait:
- Previously-exclusive promos returning (example: the Monkey D. Luffy promo that was tied to limited releases)
- Manga Rare-style cards that are Events (not Characters), which is a big visual novelty
- New Parallel DON!! designs
- SP cards with premium art treatments
- And a headline-worthy collector note: Sanji gets a Super Parallel card for the first time
If you’re a player, this set matters for accessibility. If you’re a collector, it matters for chase cards.
The Best Vol. 2 Full Card List (Spoilers)
Note: Your draft table shows a “Colour” column, but most rows don’t have a color filled in. If you publish this as-is, it’ll look unfinished. I’d either (1) remove the Colour column, or (2) fill it in from the official database/listing first.
Also, a few entries look typo’d or missing (examples: “Monkey.D.Luffu”, blank names like P-069, PRB02-011, PRB02-017 formatting). I kept your structure but marked blanks as TBD.
